To submit for an order cancellation follow the steps below:
Turnkey Myco Order:
Email us at orders@TurnkeyMyco.com or reply to the order confirmation email you recesive when you originally ordered your item.
This is the way to guarantee we will get the email before we ship your item. If your item has already been shipped by the time you sent the email, you will still be liable for return and original shipping as outlined on this page.
Any and all refunds will be processed to your original payment method. You may cancel an order at any time. Cancelled orders, before your order is marked as shipped, complete or has been picked up or dropped off to the shipping company, will be fully refunded.
If you decide to cancel after we ship your package(s), you will be personally responsible for purchasing a return label and returning the package to us, in its original packaging or as you received it, in sellable condition. Failure to return items from your order in a sellable condition, meaning in original packaging the items arrived in, or if there are any broken/missing parts that were originally shipped with your order will result in a 20% restocking fee, along with any fees to cover the retail pricing, set forth on our ecommerce website, for the items broken/missing from the return. In the event you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will also have the original shipping charge removed from your refund; this includes FREE Shipping items, as the shipping was not free, it was just accounted for in your purchase price.

Purchase Price: Subtotal of cart, plus any taxes and/or shipping paid at time of checkout.
BREAKDOWN OF CANCELLED ORDER AFTER ORDER SHIPS & IS RETURNED COMPLETE:
REFUND AMOUNT:Total purchase price, minus original shipping cost & must pay to return package & insurance must be paid on shipping of total purchase price.
Purchase Price: Subtotal of cart, plus any taxes and/or shipping paid at time of checkout.
Original Shipping Cost: Cost paid by seller at time of shipping via USPS, UPS or FEDEX on “FREE” shipping items or the amount buyer paid for shipping at checkout, minus any previously refunded shipping costs.
Return Shipping: Buyer must purchase a label and ship the item/order back to us, shipping must include insurance in case the package is damaged, lost or stolen. Failure to pay for full insurance for total purchase price, will result in your refund being denied if package is lost, stolen or damaged severely.
Restocking Fee:20% of purchase price, at the sole discretion of TurnkeyMyco.com
Missing or Damaged Components: NONE, ALL ITEMS RETURNED IN SELLABLE CONDITION, INCLUDING ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. IF YOU HAVE BROKEN OR ARE MISSING ITEMS FROM YOUR ORIGINAL DELIVERY OR HAVE DESTROYED THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING REFER TO THE NEXT SECTION BELOW.
